Development and application of panelization software for CNC process of microwave PCB

摘要 针对"小批量多品种"类型微波印制电路板数控加工拼版作业模式,提出了以数控加工仿真和快速拼版为核心功能的软件需求。软件开发中采用正则表达式技术实现数控程序代码行参数解析;基于铣切轨迹转接模式分类方法实现刀具半径补偿算法;采用坐标线性变换算法实现数控程序的平移、旋转、缩放及X/Y轴镜像变换。在关键技术突破的基础上进一步通过面向对象技术完成软件开发。典型情况下设备效率提升达75%,效益显著。 For the CNC Process of microwave printed circuit board with small batch and variety,software used for processing simulation and rapid NC program panelization is proposed.In the software development,regular expression technology is used to parse NC program code lines;tool radius compensation algorithm is realized based on milling path transfer mode classification method;linear transformation algorithm of coordinate is used to realize the offset,rotation,scaling and mirroring of NC program.On the basis of the breakthrough of key technology above,the software development is further completed through the object-oriented technology.Typically,the efficiency of the CNC machine can be improved by 75%with remarkable achievements.
