红花黄色素氯化钠注射剂治疗颈椎病的临床疗效观察

Observation on clinical efficacy of safflor yellow sodium chloride injection in the treatment of cervical spondylosis

目的探究红花黄色素氯化钠注射剂治疗颈椎病的临床疗效。方法选取2018年1月至2019年1月本院收治的椎动脉型颈椎病患者66例,按照随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,每组33例。对照组采用旋提手法加颈椎牵引治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用红花黄色素氯化钠注射治疗。比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后椎-基底血流速度、疼痛指标及颈椎功能障碍等级变化。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,椎-基底动脉血流速度快于对照组,疼痛指标、颈椎功能障碍评分均低于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论红花黄色素氯化钠注射剂治疗椎动脉型颈椎病可提升临床疗效及用药安全性,改善患者椎-基底动脉血流速度及颈椎功能障碍,有效缓解疼痛症状。

Objective To study the clinical efficacy of safflor yellow sodium chloride injection in the treatment of cervical spondylosis.Methods 66 cases of patients with cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type treated in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were di-vided into observation group and control group according to random number table,with 33 cases in each group.The control group was taken rotation traction manipulation and cervical traction,the observation group was taken safflor yellow sodium chloride injection on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,vertebral-basal blood flow velocity before and after treatment,pain index and cervical spine dysfunction between the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group is higher than that in the control group,and the blood flow velocity of the vertebral-basilar artery is faster than that in the control group,and pain indexes and cervical spine dysfunction scores were lower than those in the control group,the difference was significant statistically(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined use of safflor yellow in the treat-ment of vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis can improve the clinical efficacy and medication safety,improve the patient's vertebrobasilar blood flow velocity and cervical spine dysfunction,and effectively relieve pain symptoms.
