曲伏前列素滴眼液治疗原发性开角型青光眼患者的临床疗效分析

Analysis of the clinical efficacy of travoprost eye drops in the treatment of patients with primary open angle glaucoma

目的探究曲伏前列素滴眼液治疗原发性开角型青光眼患者的临床疗效。方法选取本院2017年10月至2019年10月收治的100例原发性开角型青光眼患者,通过双盲选法分为常规组和实验组,每组50例。常规组采用马来酸噻吗洛尔滴眼液治疗,实验组采用曲伏前列素滴眼液治疗,比较两组眼压变化、临床疗效及不良反应发生率。结果治疗前,两组眼压比较差异无统计学意义,治疗1、2个月后,实验组眼压低于常规组(P<0.05);实验组治疗总有效率高于常规组(P<0.05);两组色素沉着及结膜充血发生率比较差异无统计学意义,但实验组睫毛增粗增长发生率高于常规组(P<0.05),心动过缓发生率低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论曲伏前列素滴眼液治疗原发性开角型青光眼效果显著,可有效降低患者眼压,具有较高安全性,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of trivolvoprostol eye drops on primary open angle glaucoma patients.Methods 100 pa-tients with primary open angle glaucoma admitted to our hospital from October 2017 to October 2019 were selected and they were divided into con-ventional and experimental groups by double-blind selection,with 50 cases in each group.The conventional group was treated with timolol maleate eye drops,and the experimental group was treated with travoprost eye drops.The changes in intraocular pressure,curative effect and incidence of ad-verse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results There was no statistically significant difference in intraocular pressure between the two groups before treatment.After 1 or 2 months of treatment,the intraocular pressure of the experimental group was lower than that of the conven-tional group(P<0.05);the total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than that of the conventional group(P<0.05);there was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of pigmentation and conjunctival hyperemia between the two groups,but the incidence of eyelashes in the experimental group was higher than that of the conventional group(P<0.05),and the incidence of bradycardia was lower than that of the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion Trivolvofrostatin eye drops applicated in patients with primary open angle glaucoma has ideal therapeutic effect and safety,can effectively reduce the patient's intraocular pressure,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
