非小细胞肺癌超细引流管辅助胸腔镜肺叶切除术的临床疗效分析

Clinical analysis of non-small cell lung cancer assisted thoracoscopic lobectomy with ultrafine drainage tube

目的探讨非小细胞肺癌胸腔镜肺叶切除术中超细引流管的应用价值。方法选取2017年1月至2019年10月本院收治的80例行胸腔镜肺叶切除术治疗的非小细胞肺癌患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组采用常规胸腔闭式引流管,观察组采用超细引流管。比较两组术后引流量、疼痛程度、并发症发生率、引流时间及住院时间。结果术后第1、2天,两组引流量比较差异无统计学意义;术后第3天,观察组引流量少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后第1天,两组视觉模拟评估量表(VAS)评分比较差异无统计学意义;术后第3、5天,观察组VAS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为5.00%,低于对照组的20.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组引流时间、住院时间比较差异无统计学意义。结论非小细胞肺癌超细引流管辅助胸腔镜肺叶切除术能显著减少术后引流量,降低术后疼痛,并发症较少,效果显著。

Objective To investigate the application value of ultrafine drainage tube in thoracoscopic lobectomy of non-small cell lung cancer.Methods 80 patients with non-small cell lung cancer treated from January 2017 to October 2019 treated by thoracoscopic lobectomy were selectd and they were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group used conventional thoracic closed drainage tube,and the observation group used ultrafine drainage tube.The postoperative drainage volume,pain degree,complications,drain-age time and hospital stay were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in drainage volume between the two groups on the 1st and 2nd day after surgery.On the 3rd day after surgery,the drainage volume in the observation group was less than that in the con-trol group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).On the 1st day after surgery,there was no significant difference in visual analog as-sessment scale(VAS)scores between the two groups.On the 3rd and 5th day after surgery,VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 5.00%,which was lower than 20.00%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in drainage time and hospital stay between the two groups.Conclusion Ultra fine drainage tube for non-small cell lung cancer assisted thoracoscop-ic lobectomy can significantly reduce postoperative drainage,reduce postoperative pain,fewer complications,and significant effect.
