活血定痛散治疗急性软组织损伤后肿痛的临床研究

Clinical study of Huoxue Dingtong power in the treatment of swelling and pain after acute soft tissue injury

目的观察活血定痛散治疗急性软组织损伤的临床疗效及安全性。方法选取2019年8月至2020年6月九江市中医医院收治的110例急性软组织损伤患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组与治疗组,各55例。对照组采用扶他林乳胶治疗,治疗组采用活血定痛散治疗。比较两组治疗前后疼痛、肿胀、瘀斑、功能障碍及临床疗效。结果治疗后,两组疼痛评分比较差异无统计学意义;治疗组肿胀、瘀斑、功能障碍评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗总有效率、不良反应发生率比较差异均无统计学意义。结论活血定痛散治疗急性软组织损伤效果显著,可有效改善肿胀和瘀斑症状,提升关节功能,疗效理想,不良反应少,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe and study the clinical efficacy and safety of Huoxue Dingtong powder in the treatment of acute soft tissue inju-ry.Methods 110 patients with acute soft tissue injury admitted to Jiujiang Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from August 2019 to June 2020 were selected as the research subjects,and they were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,with 55 cases in each group.The con-trol group were treated with vitalin emulsion and the treatment group were treated with Huoxue Dingtong powder.The pain,swelling and ecchymosis and dysfunction before and after treatment and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,there was no signif-icant difference in the score of pain between the two groups;the scores of swelling,ecchymosis and dysfunction in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the total effective rate of treatment and the incidence of ad-verse reactions between the two groups.Conclusion Huoxue Dingtong powder is effective in treating acute soft tissue injury.It can effectively im-prove the symptoms of swelling and ecchymosis,and improve joint function.The effect is ideal,and there are few adverse reactions.It is worthy of clinical application.
