高地应力煤层巷道底鼓形成机理及治理技术研究 被引量:7

摘要 采区准备巷道服务年限较长,经过采掘活动的多次扰动,围岩变形显著,支护难度较大。针对五阳煤矿2^(#)回风巷频繁出现的底鼓变形及冒顶等支护难题,在分析巷道底板破坏机理的基础上,对巷道原始支护方案进行重构,确定了巷道顶帮补强支护方案、巷道底板锚固支护及注浆加固方案,并经现场支护实践及持续矿压观测,证实了支护方案的有效性和合理性,实现了预期的技术经济目标,保障了矿井的生产安全。 The service life of the prepared roadway in the mining area is long.After multiple disturbances in the mining activities,the surrounding rock deformation is significant and the support is difficult.In view of the frequently occurring support problems such as floor heave deformation and roof fall in the 2^(#)air return way of Wuyang Coal Mine,based on the analysis of the failure mechanism of the roadway floor,this paper reconstructed the original support plan of the roadway,and determined the roadway roof reinforcement support plan and the roadway floor anchoring support and grouting reinforcement plan.The on-site support practice and continuous mine pressure observation have confirmed the effectiveness and rationality of the support plan,achieved the expected technical and economic goals,and ensured the production safety of the mine.
