摘要 针对煤矿井下绞车调速控制系统反应灵敏度低、可靠性差,严重影响绞车井下运行安全的现状,提出了一种新的井下绞车智能控制系统,通过采用车速及泄漏打点系统的闭环反馈,实现对梭车在不同运行状态下的灵活调整,不仅显著降低了绞车运行时的功耗,还将绞车反应速度提升了83.7%以上,有效提升了绞车运行的安全性和经济性。 In view of the low response sensitivity and poor reliability of the speed control system of the underground winch,which seriously affects the safety of the underground operation of the winch,this paper proposed a new intelligent control system of the underground winch.By using the closed-loop feedback of the speed and leakage dot system,the flexible adjustment of the shuttle car in different operation states is realized,which not only significantly reduces the power consumption of the winch during operation,but also increases the winch reaction speed by more than 83.7%,effectively improving the safety and economy of winch operation.
