Lifecycle Management of LNG Refueling Stations

结合项目建设全生命周期管理和完整性管理思路,研究LNG加气站的全生命周期管理。从实际应用着手,建立了LNG加气站从规划至停运报废全生命周期管理的框架体系,提出了LNG加气站完整性管理的指导思路,为LNG加气站的本质安全管理和完整性管理提供了一定依据。

Combining the lifecycle management and integrity management ideas of project construction,this paper studied the lifecycle management of LNG refueling stations.Starting from practical applications,it established a framework system for the life-cycle management of LNG refueling stations from planning to shutdown and scrapping,and put forward guidelines for the integrity management of LNG refueling stations to provide certain basis for the intrinsic safety management and integrity management of LNG refueling stations.
