基于全寿命周期的采煤机成本分析方法

摘要 随着中国煤矿机械化程度的不断提高和先进设备的广泛应用,煤机装备的成本占煤炭开采费用的比例越来越大。在煤矿生产过程中,采煤机是煤机装备中的关键核心设备。因此,从采煤机全寿命周期成本的角度出发,如何延长其使用寿命,降低成本,实现煤炭企业利益最大化,成为一个值得研究的课题。首先介绍了采煤机在煤矿中应用的重要性,引出全寿命周期成本研究思路的意义,其次介绍了采煤机寿命的相关理论,最后构建了基于全寿命周期的成本理论模型,从而为在全寿命周期内采煤机的使用、维护和报废提供一定的理论参考。 With the continuous improvement of China's coal mine mechanization and the wide application of advanced equipment,the cost of coal machinery and equipment accounts for an increasing proportion of coal mining costs.In the process of coal mine production,shearer is the key core equipment of coal machinery equipment.Therefore,from the perspective of shearer life cycle cost,how to extend its service life,reduce costs and maximize the benefits of coal enterprises has become a worthy research topic.This paper first introduced the importance of the application of shearer in coal mines,which led to the significance of life cycle cost research ideas.Then it introduced the related theory of shearer life,and finally constructed the theoretical model of cost based on life cycle,so as to provide a theoretical reference for the use,maintenance and scrap of shearer in the life cycle.
