摘要
煤矿传统探放水施工时,钻场及钻孔布置数量多,超前钻探距离短,导致巷道掘进效率低,探放水施工效果差等技术难题,为了弥补传统探放水施工存在的不足,提高采掘工作面探放水施工效率,司马矿决定在1216运输顺槽掘进期间应用定向钻探技术。从实际应用效果来看,应用定向钻探技术后钻孔施工长度缩短了2036 m,探放水效率提高了95%以上,达到了预期的探放水效果。
In the traditional water exploration and drainage construction of coal mines,there are many drilling fields and boreholes,and the advance drilling distance is short,which leads to the low efficiency of roadway excavation and poor water exploration and drainage construction effect.In view of these technical difficulties,in order to make up for the shortcomings of traditional water exploration and drainage construction and improve the efficiency of water exploration and drainage construction in mining face,Sima Coal Mine decided to apply directional drilling technology during 1216 transport channel driving.From the practical application effect,the drilling length is shortened by 2036 m after the application of directional drilling technology,the efficiency of water exploration and drainage is increased by more than 95%,and the expected effect of water exploration and drainage is achieved.
