Focus on the"14th Five-Year Plan"and Continue to Promote Agricultural Technology Innovation,Taking Beijing Academy of Agricultural and Forestry Sciences as an Example

摘要 农业科技创新是推进农业供给侧结构性改革的重要引擎,是推动现代农业发展的重要原动力。北京市农林科学院作为北京市市属的综合性科研机构,始终坚持以科技创新为中心,通过调整优化学科布局、推进京津冀农业协同创新、优化科研创新环境等举措提升科技竞争力,为都市型现代农业和全国现代农业发展提供了有力的科技支撑。文章以北京市农林科学院为例,介绍了该院“十三五”科技创新工作的基本情况,分析了农业科技创新存在的问题,提出了“十四五”农业科技创新的工作思路。 Agricultural technological innovation is an important engine for advancing agricultural supply-side reforms and an important driving force for the development of modern agriculture.As a comprehensive scientific research institution affiliated to Beijing Municipality,the Beijing Academy of Agricultural and Forestry Sciences has always adhered to scientific and technological innovation as the center.Through measures such as adjusting and optimizing the layout of disciplines,promoting collaborative innovation in agriculture in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei,and optimizing the environment for scientific research and innovation,the competitiveness of science and technology has been significantly improved,which provide strong guidance and support for urban modern agriculture and the development of modern agriculture across the country.Taking Beijing Academy of Agricultural and Forestry Sciences as an example,the basic situation of the academy′s scientific and technological innovation during the"13th Five-Year Plan"period was introduced in the paper.The problems were analyzed and ideas for agricultural scientific and technological innovation in the"14th Five-Year Plan"period proposed.
