Exploration and Practice on Development Strategic Path of Local Agricultural Research Institutes

发挥新型举国体制优势,实现农业科技自立自强,需要双管齐下,既要发挥好“国家队”作用,又要发挥好“区域队”作用,打造科技竞争优势“护城河”。文章阐述了地方农业科研院所在国家创新体系中的地位、所面临的问题、应坚持的办院理念,并从强化顶层设计、优化科研布局、打造创新矩阵、点燃融合引擎等方面提出了新时代地方农业科研院所的发展路径。

To give full play to the advantages of the new national system and realize the self-reliance and self-improvement of agricultural science and technology,we need to work in two ways.We should not only play the role of"national team",but also play the role of"regional team",so as to form the"moat"of scientific and technological competitive advantage.The status of local agricultural scientific research institutes in the national innovation system,the problems they face,and the ideas they should adhere to,were analyzed in the paper.New developing path of local agricultural research institute in the new era was put forward,such as strengthening the top-level design,optimizing the layout of scientific research,creating the innovation matrix,and igniting the integration engine.
