摘要
纳米技术的进步对于药物递送有深远影响。树枝状大分子因具有独特的树状结构、单分散性和丰富的表面官能团,引起了研究人员的极大兴趣。其独特的性质,如纳米级均匀大小、高度支化度、多价态、水溶性、可用的内腔和便捷的合成方法,使得它成为小分子药物的理想载体。本文就树枝状大分子在各个给药系统中的应用进行概述,并讨论这些纳米载体目前在其临床转化中面临的主要挑战。
Advances in nanotechnology have shown profound impacts on drug delivery.Nowadays,dendrimers have acquired an enormous attention owing to their well-defined structures,near-monodispersity and easy multifunctionalization.Their unique properties such as nanoscale uniform size,high degree of branching,polyvalence,water solubility,available internal cavities and convenient synthesis approaches make them attractive for drug delivery applications.The present review provided a comprehensive overview of their properties and potential applications in pharmaceutical field.Finally,the major challenges these nanocarriers currently facing in their clinical translation were discussed as well.
