摘要
提高人才培养方案的修订质量和管理水平是全面提升高等教育质量的重要保证,也是高校教育管理者的重要工作内容与研究课题。但高校在人才培养方案的编制实施过程中却存在重修订、轻执行,多同质、少特色,强经验、弱规律等现象。究其原因是评价机制的缺失导致严肃性不够,调研论证的不深入导致特色性不明,受传统课程设计理念的影响导致科学性不强。高校提升修订人才培养方案质量的路径:应是,建立培养目标与课程体系为一体的人才培养方案评价改进制度,凸显高校人才培养的特色,建立课程与知识、能力、素养要求的对应关系矩阵。
Improving the revision quality and management level of personnel training program is an important guarantee for comprehensively improving the quality of higher education,and also an important work content and research topic for university education administrators.However,in the process of compiling and implementing the personnel training program in university,there exist some phenomena,such as focus on revision while neglect of implementation,more homogeneity while less characteristics,focus on experience while neglect of law.The reason is that the lack of evaluation mechanism leads to lack of seriousness,the lack of in-depth research leads to unclear characteristics,and the influence of traditional curriculum design concept leads to weak scientificity.The path for universities to improve the quality of the revised personnel training program should be to establish an evaluation and improvement system of personnel training program integrating training objectives and curriculum system,highlight the characteristics of personnel training in universities,and establish the corresponding relationship matrix between curriculum and knowledge,ability and literacy requirements.
