Research on the Construction of High-Level Specialty Group in Vocational Colleges

随着职教改革的持续深入,专业群的建设已成为助推我国高水平高职院校内涵建设的重要路径,成为实现高水平高职院校特色发展的支撑。以山西工程职业学院“双高计划”黑色冶金技术专业群建设为例,明确专业群建设目标,重构模块化专业群课程体系,完善教学组织与实施,以组建能够适应产业发展、协同区域经济发展的专业群,为冶金行业供给优质人力资源,更好地促进毕业生高质量就业,从而构建专业-产业-职业协同发展的新格局,为高职院校专业群建设提供参考。

With the continuous deepening of vocational education reform,the construction of specialty group has become an important path to boost the connotation construction of high-level vocational colleges in China,and the support to realize the characteristic development of high-level vocational colleges.Taking the construction of ferrous metallurgy technology specialty group in the“double high plan”of Shanxi Vo-Tech College of Engineering as an example,this paper clarifies the construction goal of specialty group,reconstructs the curriculum system of modular specialty group,and improves the teaching organization and implementation,so as to establish a specialty group that can adapt to the industrial development and coordinate with the regional economic development,provide high-quality human resources for the metallurgical industry,and better promote the high-quality employment of graduates so that we can build a new pattern of specialty-industry-career collaborative development,and provide a reference for the construction of specialty group in vocational colleges.
