摘要 Diseases often come from a cell or even a molecule misperforms its function.Obtaining fluctuation of nucleic acids,proteins,glycans and other biomolecules is helpful to reveal the molecular mechanism of diseases and promote the development of biology and medicine.To date,precise measurement of single molecule and single cell in the life systems has become a significant research topic of analytic chemistry,and also an important way for chemists devoting to“Healthy China Strategy”
