签约式随访管理模式在全髋关节置换术后护理中的应用

Application of contract follow⁃up management model in postoperative nursing after total hip replacement

目的:探讨全髋关节置换术后病人签约式随访管理模式应用效果。方法:便利抽取2019年2月—2019年6月在某三级甲等医院关节外科行全髋关节置换术的79例病人为研究对象,根据病人是否签约分为对照组(39例)与观察组(40例),对照组实行传统随访模式,观察组实行签约式随访管理模式,比较两组病人出院1个月、3个月和6个月的关节功能、日常生活能力及随访满意度、并发症、再入院发生情况。结果:观察组病人出院后1个月、3个月、6个月关节功能、日常生活能力均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组病人随访满意度高于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:签约式随访管理模式可改善全髋关节置换病人的关节功能,提升日常生活能力与满意度,减少术后并发症的发生。

Objective:To explore the application effect of the contract follow‐up management model in patients after total hip replacement.Methods:A total of 79 patients who underwent total hip arthroplasty in the joint surgery department in a tertiary grade‐A hospital from February 2019 to June 2019 were selected by convenient sample method.According to whether the patients were contracted or not,they were divided into the control group(39 cases)and observation group(40 cases).The patients in control group received the traditional follow‐up,and the patients in observation group received the contract follow‐up management,then to compare the joint function,daily life ability,follow‐up satisfaction,complications,and readmissions of the two groups at 1 month,3 months,and 6 months after discharge.Results:At 1 month,3 months,and 6 months after discharge,the joint function and ability of daily living in observation group were better than those in the control group,the differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05);The follow‐up satisfaction was better than that of the control group,and the complication rate was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The contract follow‐up management model could improve the joint function of patients with the total hip replacement,enhance the ability of daily living and satisfaction,and reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications.
