基于DEA的安徽省数字经济产出效率研究

DEA-Based Study of the Output Efficiency of Digital Economy in Anhui Province

基于2011—2017年安徽省16个城市的投入产出数据,利用BCC-DEA模型和Malmquist指数模型分别测算安徽省数字经济产出水平和全要素生产率,并建立面板回归模型探究全要素生产率和技术进步指数的影响因素.研究发现:从静态产出效率来看,皖南地区的技术效率最高,皖北居中,皖中较差,铜陵、池州、淮北、淮南4个城市在数字经济产出效率上相对高于其他城市,各市数字经济产出效率参差不齐;从全要素生产率来看,合肥、滁州、黄山这三个市的产出效率呈现规模报酬递增;影响因素方面,经济发展水平、创新对数字经济全要素生产率和技术进步指数具有显著的正向影响,而人力资本、科研经费投入等对全要素生产率和技术进步指数有显著的负向影响.

Based on the input-output data of 16 cities in Anhui Province from 2011 to 2017,the BCC-DEA model and the Malmquist index model are used to calculate the output level and total factor productivity of the digital economy in Anhui Province,and a panel regression model is established to explore the influencing factors of total factor productivity and technological progress index.The study found that:from the perspective of static output efficiency,southern Anhui has the highest technical efficiency,northern Anhui has an intermediate efficiency,and central Anhui is rather poor in this regard.The four cities of Tongling,Chizhou,Huaibei,and Huainan are relatively higher in digital economic output efficiency than other cities.The output efficiency of the digital economy varies from city to city;from the perspective of total factor productivity,the output efficiency of the three cities of Hefei,Chuzhou,and Huangshan belongs to increasing returns to scale;in terms of influencing factors,the level of economic development and innovation exert a positive effect on the total factor productivity and technical progress index of the digital economy.While human capital,scientific research funding investment,etc.have a significantly negative impact on total factor productivity and technological progress index.
