摘要
研究Nisin粉、柠檬酸、吐温-80混合物(MTAN)和乙二胺四乙酸(EDTA)(MTAN+EDTA)对血链球菌、具核梭杆菌、牙龈卟啉单胞菌双混合及三混合菌液的抑制作用。用含有不同乳酸链球菌素(Nisin)浓度的MTAN、MTAN+EDTA各处理血链球菌、具核梭杆菌、牙龈卟啉单胞菌双混合及三混合菌液,OD值法测最低抑菌浓度(MIC)、最小杀菌浓度(MBC)。结果示MTAN对各混合菌液均可抑制,浓度增加,抑制增强,浓度≥250μg/ml时可杀菌;不同浓度的Nisin组MTAN+EDTA对各混合菌液均可抑制,浓度≥2.5μg/ml时可杀菌。因此,MTAN作用于3种细菌的各菌液后均有显著抗菌作用,加入EDTA后,抗菌作用增强。
In order to study the inhibition effect of MTAN(a mixture of Nisin,acid,and detergent)and MTAN+(ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid,EDTA)on S.sanguinis,F.nucleatum and P.gingivalis paired mixed bacteria solutions and three-in-one mixed bacteria solution,MTAN and MTAN+EDTA with different Nisin concentrations were used to treat S.sanguinis,F.nucleatum and P.gingivalis paired mixed bacteria solutions and three-in-one mixed bacteria solution respectively,and the OD method was adopted to measure MIC and MBC.The results showed that MTAN had inhibitory effect on all mixed bacteria solutions.With the increase of concentration,the inhibitory effect was enhanced.When Nisin concentration was≥250μg/ml,bacteria could be killed.MTAN+EDTA with different concentrations of Nisin inhibited all mixed bacterial solutions,and when the concentration of Nisin≥2.5μg/ml,bacteria could be killed.Therefore after MTAN acts on all the mixed bacteria solutions,it has obvious bacteriostatic effect,and this effect is obviously improved with the addition of EDTA.
