摘要
对冰硼口腔用温敏凝胶制备工艺进行研究。采用水飞法及研磨法粉碎药材,采用胶凝温度、粘度和脱水情况为评价指标,对基质比例进行筛选。结果表明,基质处方为质量分数17%的泊洛沙姆407(P407)、质量分数2%的泊洛沙姆188(P188)和质量分数1.5%的药物粉末时,筛选出的工艺配比适宜、重复性好,凝胶成型性好。
This paper studies on preparation technology of Bingpeng thermosensitive oral gel.The crude drug were grinded with Shuifei method in this study.The gel temperature,viscosity and dehydration condition are mainly used as evaluation index to filter matrix proportion.The research shows that the 17%of P407 and 2%of P188 and 1.5%of the drug powder have good molding process.Under this condition,the selected proportion is suitable,reproducible and the gel molding is good.
