摘要
针对基层站段生产奖金分配的弊端,在分析主要行车工种作业内容的基础上,运用层次分析法,建立层次结构模型,准则层与方案层采用不同评价标尺,以准则层中工作量、繁忙时长、工作复杂程度及执行困难程度为影响因素,创建方案层生产奖金分配量化公式体系,为方案层评判矩阵的元素比较提供了定量支持,利用组合权系数的方法确定各因素的重要性,确定各行车工种生产奖金的分配比例,为站段的奖金分配提供一定的理论依据。
Aiming at the malpractice of the production bonus distribution in the basic station section on site,based on the analysis of the main types of operation,the analytic hierarchy process was used to establish the hierarchical structure model.The criteria layer and the scheme layer adopt different evaluation scales.With the workload,busy hours,working complexity and implementation difficulty degree in the criterion layer as the influencing factors,the quantitative formula system of production bonus distribution in the scheme layer was created.It provides quantitative support for the element comparison of judgement matrix in the scheme layer.It determines the importance of each factor by using the method of combination weight coefficient and the distribution proportion of the production bonus of each type of crane.In addition,it provides a certain theoretical basis for the distribution of the bonus of station section.
