急性感染性腹泻患者护理需求调查及影响因素研究

Investigation on Nursing Needs and Influencing Factors of Patients with Acute Infectious Diarrhea

目的调查急性感染性腹泻患者的护理需求,并分析其影响因素。方法选取2019年1月-2020年9月本院收治的急性感染性腹泻患者150例为研究对象,采用一般资料调查表、护理需求调查问卷对其进行调查,并采用单因素及多元线性回归分析其护理需求的影响因素。结果急性感染性腹泻患者的护理需求得分排名前5位的分别是医护人员及时对症施治、密切观察病情变化、详细介绍病情、了解饮食有关注意事项、了解疾病防治及康复相关知识;相关因素分析结果显示,不同年龄、家庭人均月收入、文化程度、职业、腹泻严重程度的患者在护理需求方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);多元线性回归分析结果显示,年龄、家庭人均月收入、文化程度、腹泻严重程度是影响患者护理需求的主要因素(P<0.05)。结论急性感染性腹泻患者存在多方面的护理需求,且护理需求程度受年龄、家庭人均月收入、文化程度、腹泻严重程度的影响,临床应针对患者的临床特征,进行积极护理需求调查及评估,以提升护理质量。

Objective Investigate the nursing needs of patients with acute infectious diarrhea,and analyze its influencing factors.Methods A total of 150 patients with acute infectious diarrhea admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to September 2020 were selected as the research objects.They were investigated using general information questionnaires and nursing needs questionnaires,and single factor and multiple linear regression were used to analyze them Influencing factors of nursing demand.Results The top 5 scores for the nursing needs of patients with acute infectious diarrhea were medical staff providing timely symptomatic treatment,close observation of changes in the condition,detailed introduction of the condition,understanding of dietary precautions,and knowledge of disease prevention and rehabilitation.Single factor analysis showedthere were significant differences in the nursing needs of patients of different ages,family per capita monthly income,education level,occupation,and severity of diarrhea(P<0.05);multiple linear regression analysis showed that age,family per capita monthly income,education level,and severe diarrhea Degree were the main factor that affects patient care needs(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with acute infectious diarrhea have a variety of nursing needs,and the degree of nursing needs is affected by age,family monthly income,education level,and severity of diarrhea.Clinicians should conduct active nursing needs investigation and evaluation according to the clinical characteristics of patients to improve quality of care.
