摘要
现阶段我国高等医学教育存在学制形式多样,高学历人才占比有待进一步提高;教学形式传统,临床实践能力培养需进一步加强;经费投入不足,区域人才资源分布有失均衡;重治轻防突出,公共卫生人才普遍短缺;重专轻全明显,全科医学教育培养相对弱化的问题。我国高等医学教育应该精简学制种类,区别化设置不同专业门槛;完善教学体系,加强临床人才培养;借鉴先进模式,提升高等医学教育资源配置效益;完善顶层设计,加强公共卫生专业建设及理念渗透;发挥自身优势,深化复合型人才培养模式改革。
At present,there exist problems in higher medical education in China,such as various forms of educational systems and the proportion of highly educated talents still to he further improved,the traditional teaching form and the cultivation of clinical practice ability still to he further strengthened,lack of funds and the unbalanced distribution of regional human resources,focus on treatment while neglect of prevention and shortage of public health personnel,obvious emphasis on specialists while neglect of general practitioners and the relative weak education of general practice.Therefore,China’s higher medical education should simplify the types of educational systems and set different professional thresholds,improve the teaching system and strengthen the training of clinical professionals,learn from the advanced mode to enhance the efficiency of resource allocation of higher medical education,improve the top-level design to strengthen the construction and concept penetration of public health specialty,and give full play to our own advantages to deepen the reform of the training mode of interdisciplinary professionals.
