摘要
当前,职业教育集团化办学存在规模与规划结构失衡、服务及资源保障不足、质量管理与审评存在缺口的现实困境。职教集团化办学实践瓶颈的突破口是:关注“社会对话”机制,创新专业项目活力;引入通用型师资,打造“集团-企业联动圏”;衔接资格证书与就业,统筹质性与量化评价。
At present,the collectivization of vocational education has such practical problems as the imbalance between size and planning structure,the insufficiency of service and resource guarantee,and the gap of quality management and evaluation.The breakthrough of the bottleneck in the practice of vocational education collectivization is to pay attention to the mechanism of“social dialogue”and innovate the vitality of professional projects;the introduction of general-purpose teachers to create a“group-enterprise linkage circle”to link the qualification certificate with employment,and take into consideration both qualitative and quantitative evaluations.
