我国高校朋辈心理辅导中存在选拔方式不够健全、教育培训专业性系统性不强、考核激励办法不够完善和严格以及平台建设较为简陋的问题。解决我国高校朋辈心理辅导问题的对策是:创新选拔办法,提供全方位细致的培训,完善量化考核与激励机制,拓宽平台建设等。

There exist problems in peer psychological counseling in universities in China,such as the imperfect selection method,the inadequate professional system of education and training,the imperfect and unstrict assessment and incentive methods,and the simpler construction of platform.To solve the existing problems in peer psychological counseling in universities in China,we should innovate the selection methods,provide comprehensive and meticulous training,quantify the assessment and incentive mechanism,and broaden the platform construction.
