摘要
以信息化视野分析美国与英国的教育精准扶贫政策,鍤果表明:两个国家在政策实施的法律保障、政策内容的关注点、政策的目标特征方面有差异,但同时又都注重贫困地区网络普及以及基础设施建设、利用信息化手段推广教育资源、提升贫困地区人员的信息技术使用技能,且都提倡多主体参与。美国与英国的教育精准扶贫政策在法律保障、政策制定、政策实施、政策内容方面的积极举措值得借鉴。
An analysis was made of the targeted poverty alleviation policies through education in the United States and the United Kingdom from the perspective of informatization.The results show that despite the differences in the legal protection of policy implementation,the focuses of policies,and the characteristics of the policy aims,both the two countries focus on the network popularization and the infrastructure construction in the poverty-stricken areas,use the information technology to promote educational resources,take efforts to improve people’s IT skills in poverty-stricken areas,and advocate the participation of multiple agents.The effective measures in terms of legal protection,policy formulation,policy implementation,and policy content of the targeted poverty alleviation policies through education in the US and the UK are worth learning.
