智慧教育是新时期数字资源及教育产业的智能化发展的必然路径,以“智慧”作为教育发展和技术变革的关键指向,从教育内容、教育架构、教育生态来看,智慧教育具有阶段化的递进规律,可以分为以知识模块构建为内容的智慧课堂、以知识总量扩容为重点的智慧校园、以共建共享机制为核心的智慧环境。基于阶段化特点,智慧教育发展应遵循“体系、规模、质量”三步走策略:加强体系创建,提供“适需”学习服务,建设“智慧课堂”;注重规模扩张,打造“云网端”信息平台,构建“智慧校园”;注重质量提升,聚焦民生教育服务,建设“智慧环境”。从长远来看,未来智慧教育的创新将更加注重操作便捷性和资源集约性,要完善操作界面打造“智能视窗”,建设“在线班级”,实现数字资源“集群推送”。

Smart education is the inevitable path for the intelligent development of digital resources and the edu­cation industry in the new era.With wisdom being the key guidance of educational development and technological changes,smart education is in accordance with the law of progressive development by stages from the perspectives of educational content,structure,and ecology.Smart education can be divided into smart classroom baser!on the con­struction of knowledge modules,smart campus focused on the expansion of total knowledge,and smart environment with the co-construction and shared mechanisms as the core.Featured with staged development,smart education should fol­low a three-step strategy of system,scale,and quality:strengthening the establishment of the system by providing suit­able learning services to build smart classrooms;focusing on the scale expansion via the cloud information platforms so as to build a smart campus;and building a smart environment with high quality which attaches importance to people’s livelihood education services.In the long run,the innovation of future smart education will pay more attention to the operational convenience and resource intensiveness.It is necessary to improve the operational interface to create smart windows,build online classes,and realize the cluster push of digital resources.
