摘要
当今大学生良好品格和行为习惯的养成,不仅需要严格的教学和纪律约束,更需要动态的品德践行。体育在立德树人方面具有得天独厚的优势。完整的体育竞赛阶段的经历能让学生通过参与实践和亲身体验,潜移默化地提升14个维度的品德培养。从热身、动作学习过程、小组合作练习、动作自主创编、身体素质训练、竞赛过程中和竞赛结束后总结反思等环节,将社会道德规范内化为自身道德要求,培养体育的竞争精神、规则意识、团队精神、形体气质责任感和意志品质。
The cultivation of college students'good character and behavior habits needs not only strict teaching and discipline,but also dynamic moral practice.Sports have unique advantages in moral education.The complete experience of sports competition stage can enable students to participate in practice and personal experience,which can imperceptibly improve the moral cultivation of these 14 dimensions.From the aspects of warm-up,action learning process,group cooperation practice,action independent creation,physical quality training,summary and reflection during and after the competition,the social moral standards are internalized into their own moral requirements,and the competitive spirit,rule consciousness,team spirit,physique,temperament,responsibility and will quality of sports are cultivated.
