摘要
在体育舞蹈项目中,体能训练是其重要组成部分,对体育舞蹈项目训练的质量与可靠性有直接影响,所以在训练期间要加强体能训练。要想提升体育舞蹈项目训练的整体效果,就要对体能训练的构成因素进行分析,并结合实际情况制订合理的训练计划,为体育舞蹈项目水平的提升提供支持。该文首先探究体育舞蹈及体能训练需遵循的基本原则,然后分析体能训练的构成因素,最后给出训练计划,希望通过该文的分析,能为体育舞蹈教练提供一些参考意见。
In the sports dance project,the physical fitness training is its important component,has the direct influence to the sports dance project training quality and the reliability,therefore must strengthen the physical fitness training during the training.In order to improve the overall effect of dancesport training,it is necessary to analyze the constitution factors of physical fitness training and formulate a reasonable training plan according to the actual situation,so as to provide support for the improvement of dancesport level.This paper first explores the basic principles of sports dance and physical training,then analyzes the components of physical training,and finally gives the training plan,hoping to provide some reference for sports dance coaches through the analysis of this paper.
