绵阳师范学院体育专业学生应用运动处方的调查研究

Investigation on the Application of Sports Prescription in Phys ical Education Students of Mianyang Normal University

近年来,运动处方在各体育发达国家和地区得到高度重视和广泛运用,并逐渐成为一门科学的理论应用于群众体育锻炼中。体育专业大学生作为当代体育文化的继承者和传播者,承担着弘扬体育文化、促进体育事业繁荣发展的责任,因此应该更加重视运动处方在日常体育锻炼中的运用。该研究采用问卷调查法、文献资料法、数理统计法对绵阳师范学院体育专业学生运动处方应用情况进行了调查。调查结果发现:第一,大部分学生有经常进行体育锻炼的习惯。第二,学生把握运动处方知识的程度低。第三,只有极少数的学生把运动处方的理论用于体育锻炼的实践过程中。第四,学生制定运动处方时的依据不够严谨,对于运动强度的把握及运动处方使用的期限不太清楚。得出以下结论:第一,学生学习和掌握运动处方理论知识的程度不同。第二,该校开设的运动处方相关课程较少。第三,学生在实践中运用运动处方的意识较弱,制定处方时的合理性也有待提高。

In recent years,sports prescription has been attached great importance to and widely used in various sports developed countries and regions,and has gradually become a scientific theory applied to mass physical exercise.As the successor and communicator of contemporary sports culture,college students majoring in sports bear the responsibility of carrying forward sports culture and promoting the prosperity and development of sports cause,so they should pay more attention to the application of sports prescription in daily physical exercise.This study will investigate the application of sports prescriptions of physical education students in Mianyang Normal University by means of questionnaire,literature and mathematical statistics.First,most students have the habit of regular physical exercise.Second,students grasp the degree of exercise prescription knowledge is low.Third,only a very few students apply the theory of exercise prescription to the practice of physical exercise.Fourth,the basis of making exercise prescription is not strict enough,the grasp of exercise intensity and the duration of exercise prescription are not clear.The following conclusions are drawn:First,the degree of students learning and mastering the theoretical knowledge of exercise prescription is different.Second,the school offers fewer courses related to exercise prescription.Third,students'awareness of using exercise prescription in practice is weak,and the rationality of making prescription needs to be improved.
