摘要 举重历来是我国在国际赛场上的优势项目,举重运动员摘金夺银已然屡见不鲜,这得益于我国举重运动员运动素养的普遍提高。举重是一项以力量训练为主的竞技体育运动项目,少儿是举重运动员的后起之秀,是国家举重事业的希望,重视少儿举重运动员的力量训练对于我国举重体育事业的发展至关重要。该文阐述了少儿举重运动员进行力量训练的重要性,并分析了少儿举重运动员力量训练的原则,最后探究出具体的训练方法。 Weightlifting has always been our country's dominant event in the international arena.It is not uncommon for weightlifters to win gold and silver.This is due to the general improvement of Chinese weightlifters'sports literacy.Weightlifting is a competitive sports event that focuses on strength training.Children are the rising star of weightlifters and the hope of the country's weightlifting career.Emphasizing on the strength training of children's weightlifters is vital to the development of weightlifting in my country.This article explains the importance of strength training for young weightlifters,analyzes the principles of strength training for young weightlifters,and finally explores specific training methods.
