江西省抚州市黎川县高中健美操开展现状与对策研究

The Current Situation and Countermeasure Research on Aerobics at Lichuan County High School in Fuzhou City,Jiangxi Province

该文以黎川县2所高中的健美操开展现状为研究对象,对健美操项目开展状况进行调查分析,通过了解黎川县高中健美操开展现状、健美操师资、学生对健美操运动的认知情况、硬件设施现状、艺考政策对黎川县高中健美操运动开展促进的作用等方面,发现健美操在黎川县高中的推广存在较大的阻碍。针对存在的问题,提出以下对策:第一,加大政策支持力度;第二,加强健美操的师资培养;第三,积极改善活动场地;第四,积极组织开展相关活动;第五,加强传播宣传力度;第六,规范健美操教学方案;第七,建立生源基地合作项目。

Taking the current situation of aerobics in 2 high schools in Lichuan County as the research object,investigating and analyzing the status of aerobics project,and finding that there are no small obstacles to the promotion of aerobics in Lichuan County high school by understanding the status quo,aerobics teachers,students'awareness of aerobics exercise,the status quo of hardware facilities,and the promotion of aerobics in Lichuan County high school.In response to the existing problems,the following countermeasures are proposed:first,increase policy support;second,strengthen the training of aerobics teachers;third,actively improve the venue;fourth,actively organize and carry out related activities;fifth,strengthen communication Propaganda;sixth,standardize aerobics teaching program;seventh,establish cooperative projects for student bases.
