多主体参与的电力需求响应效益评价研究 被引量:7

Research on benefit evaluation of power demand response with multi-agent participation

摘要 电力需求响应在保障能源安全供应与电力需求平衡、提高电力系统资源利用效率方面,发挥着积极作用,科学测度评价电力需求响应效益对于较好改善电力资源优化配置具有重要意义。为科学客观测度评价电力需求响应效益,从电力用户、电网企业、发电企业、政府机构4个参与主体入手,通过构建系统模型揭示各参与主体对电力需求响应的运演机理;选取相关指标体系,通过问卷调查获取数据,并运用层次分析测度评价各主体参与电力需求响应效益。研究表明:政府机构效益最高,电力用户效益第二,发电企业效益第三,电网企业效益最低。据此展开了相关讨论,为电力部门提高电能利用效率等提供理论支撑与实践指导。 Electricity demand response plays an active role in ensuring the safety of energy supply and the balance of electricity demand,and improving the efficiency of power system resource utilization.Scientific measurement and evaluation of power demand response benefits is of great significance to better improve the optimal allocation of power resources.In order to evaluate the benefits of power demand response from a scientific perspective,starting from the four participating subjects of power users,grid companies,power generation companies,and government agencies,the system model is constructed to reveal the operational mechanism of each participating subject’s response to power demand.Selecting the relevant index system,obtaining data through questionnaire survey,and using the analytic hierarchy process to measure and evaluate the benefits of each subject participating in power demand response,research shows that government agencies have the highest benefits,power users have the second best benefits,power generation companies have the third best benefits,and power grid companies have the lowest benefits.Based on this,relevant discussions were launched to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the power sector to improve the efficiency of electric energy utilization.
