新发展格局下我国煤炭行业高质量发展对策研究

Research on countermeasures for high-quality development of China’s coal industry

2017年12月召开的中央经济工作会议明确提出,中国特色社会主义进入了新时代,我国经济发展也进入了新时代,基本特征就是我国经济已由高速增长阶段转向高质量发展阶段。这一重要论断为我国煤炭行业发展指明了新的方向,并提出新的要求。在分析我国煤炭行业高质量发展环境的基础上,指出现阶段我国煤炭行业高质量发展面临的主要问题,并提出设立高质量发挥发展专项基金、建立健全人才保障机制、加强创新创业平台建设、促进产融结合等对策建议。

China’s economy has shifted from a stage of high-speed growth to a stage of high-quality development,which has pointed out a new direction for the development of China’s coal industry and put forward new requirements.Based on the analysis of the high-quality development environment of China’s coal industry,it refers to the main problems faced by the high-quality development of China’s coal industry at the emergence stage.And it also puts forward countermeasures and suggestions such as establishing a special fund for highquality development,establishing a sound talent guarantee mechanism,strengthening the construction of innovation and entrepreneurship platforms,and promoting industry-finance integration.
