我国煤炭行业安全风险分析

Analysis of safety risks in China’s coal industry

能源安全是保障国家经济社会稳定和发展的重要因素,我国资源赋存条件和现实情况决定了煤炭为主体的能源结构。为了保障我国煤炭行业的安全稳定发展,结合煤炭行业的发展现状,对影响我国煤炭行业安全稳定发展的制约因素进行了研究,提出煤炭行业面临的主要风险因素为资源条件、宏观经济、煤炭价格、煤炭供需、煤炭运输、安全生产、生态环境等,对各因素进行安全风险分析,提出一系列应对风险挑战的措施建议。

Energy security is an important factor to ensure the country’s economic and social stability and development.The conditions and actual conditions of China’s resources determine the energy structure with coal as the mainstay.In order to ensure the safe and stable development of China’s coal industry,combined with the current development status of the coal industry,the restrictive factors affecting the safe and stable development of China’s coal industry have been studied.It is proposed that the main risk factors faced by the coal industry are resource conditions,macroeconomics,coal prices,coal supply and demand,coal transportation,safe production,and ecological environment.A security risk analysis was carried out on each factor,and a series of measures and suggestions to deal with the risk and challenge were put forward.
