摘要
在传统山苍子油提取工艺的基础上,寻求更优的提取山苍子油的方法,以山苍子干果为原料,经粉碎、过筛,制得提取原料,以无水乙醇为提取溶剂,采用超声波辅助进行山苍子油提取。以山苍子油提取率为评价指标,对影响山苍子油提取效果的单因素进行筛选,根据单因素试验结果进行正交组合试验,得到超声波辅助提取山苍子油的最佳工艺条件:料液比1︰20 (g/mL)、提取温度55℃、提取时间25 min、超声波功率240 W。在此条件下山苍子油提取率为38.70%。
It was in order to find a better method to extract Litsea cubeba oil on the basis of traditional extraction technology. Start with Litsea cubeba dried fruit as the raw material, and use smashing and sieving to product the raw material for extraction. Use the Anhydrous ethanol as the extraction solvent with the ultrasonic assisted to extract the Litsea cubeba oil. Having the Litsea cubeba oil extraction rate as the evaluating indicator, screen single factor influencing the effect of Litsea cubeba oil extraction, then carry out the orthogonal combination test based on the result of single factor test, and obtain the best process condition of ultrasonic assisted extraction of Litsea cubeba oil as follows: the ratio of solid to liquid 1︰20(g/m L), the extraction temperature 55 ℃, the extraction time 25 min and the ultrasonic power 240 W. Under this condition, the extraction rate of Litsea cubeba oil was 38.70%.
