摘要
明确几种药食同源食品中的二氧化硫残留暴露风险,为制定其安全食用量提供科学依据。对龙眼肉、大枣、枸杞子、菊花、百合和芡实共6种样品中的二氧化硫残留进行检测分析,并采用点评估对二氧化硫暴露进行健康风险评估。结果表明,二氧化硫超标率由高至低分别为百合(22.6%)、芡实(18.8%)、枸杞子(10.0%)、龙眼肉(8.6%)、菊花(7.7%)。这6种样品的成人二氧化硫暴露风险系数均小于1。但3~11岁人群的平均二氧化硫暴露风险系数明显高于成人,尤其是百合,在该年龄段的二氧化硫暴露风险系数超过或接近1。建议加强此类样品的食品安全监管力度,对于幼儿和青少年应严格控制二氧化硫残留风险较高的食品摄入量。
The exposure risk of sulfur dioxide residues in several medicine-food homologous foods was clarified, to provide a scientific basis for the formulation of its safe consumption. Sulfur dioxide residues in longan meat, jujube, wolfberry, chrysanthemum, lily and gordoneuryale samples were detected and analyzed, and the health risk of sulfur dioxide exposure was assessed by point assessment. The results showed that from high to low, the sulfur dioxide exceeding rates were respectively lily(22.6%), gordoneuryale(18.8%), wolfberry(10.0%), longan meat(8.6%) and chrysanthemum(7.7%). The risk coefficients of sulfur dioxide exposure of 6 samples in adults were less than 1. But the average risk coefficients of sulfur dioxide exposure at the age of 3 to 11 years old were significantly higher than the adults, especially lily, the risk coefficients were more than or close to 1. Suggest to strengthen the food safety regulation. For children and adolescents, such samples which had a higher risk of sulfur dioxide residues should be strictly controlled.
