摘要
为有效、稳定控制灌装封盖机封盖压力,利用基于PLC对其展开动态控制。PLC通过分析灌装封盖机封盖目标的压力所需情况编写相应程序,在输入接口接收来自灌装封盖机的封盖压力动态值,并将其反馈至中央处理器CPU中。中央处理器CPU利用参数自整定模糊PID控制算法处理封盖动态压力,并加快压力偏差较大时的响应速度,提升压力偏差较小时的控制精度,得到控制后的压力值并保存。在此基础上,将压力值以信号的形式经输出接口发送至执行机构,从而实现对封盖压力的动态控制。结果表明,该方法可有效消除静态、动态的耦合与稳态误差,且在该方法控制下的封盖压力响应时间短、自动控制精度高,证明该方法具备较好的随机扰动抑制能力和鲁棒性。
In order to effectively and stably control the capping pressure of filling capping machine, PLC was used to develop dynamic control. PLC wrote the corresponding program by analyzing the pressure requirement of the filling capping machine, received the dynamic value of the capping pressure from the filling capping machine at the input interface, and fed it back to the CPU of the central processing unit. The CPU of the central processing unit used the parameter self-tuning fuzzy PID control algorithm to deal with the dynamic pressure of sealing, accelerated the response speed when the pressure deviation was large, improved the control accuracy when the pressure deviation was small, and got the controlled pressure value and saved it. On this basis, the pressure value was sent to the actuator through the output interface in the form of signals, so as to realize the dynamic control of the capping pressure. The experimental results showed that the proposed method could effectively eliminate the static and dynamic coupling and steady-state errors, and the capping pressure response time under the control of the proposed method was short and the automatic control precision was high, which proved that the proposed method had a good random disturbance suppression ability and robustness.
