基于思政教育的食品添加剂课程教学改革与实践 被引量:4

The Teaching Reform and Practice of Food Additives Based on Ideological and Political Education

摘要 食品添加剂是食品质量与安全专业的专业拓展课,其在传统授课方面相对成熟,但如何在课程中更好地融入思政教育仍需仔细设计。在新时代教育背景下,推进课程思政建设是高等院校落实立德树人教学理念的根本任务。基于习近平教育思想理论并结合专业特色和课程特点分析《食品添加剂》课程融入思政教育的重要举措,并探究教学改革实践途径,不仅为解决本科院校培养什么人,怎么培养人,为谁培养人的三大教育根本问题提供理论参考,而且为初步形成食品质量与安全专业课程思政制度体系奠定坚实基础。 Food additive is a professional development course for the food quality and safety major, which is comparatively mature in traditional teaching. But how to integrate ideological and political education into the course is still supposed to be designed carefully. Under the educational background of a new era, promoting curriculum ideological and political construction is the fundamental duty to implement the teaching ideas of moral education for colleges and universities. The significant measures of integrating food additive into ideological and political education are analyzed basing on Xi Jinping’s educational ideology combined with the characteristic of major and course features, and the practical approaches of teaching reform are explored. It not only provides theoretical reference for solving the three fundamental educational problems of what person trains, how to train and for whom, but also lays a firm foundation for preliminarily forming the curriculum ideological and political institutional system of food quality and safety major.
