Exploration on Training Strategy of Market Demand-Oriented Food Safety Testing Talents

随着中国教育改革的不断深入及高校人才培养模式的日趋多元化,培养顺应市场需求的实用型人才已成为应用型本科院校的重要工作。在分析当前中国食品检测行业人才需求状况的基础上,针对传统食品安全检测专业课程教学及实践活动设计在对接市场岗位综合素质要求中存在的短板,提出切实深化学校、企业、行业间的协作、开设融合多课程的系统实践课及基于行业技术新兴热点的理实一体化专题、改进评价体系等举措,以期搭建"学"与"用"间紧密衔接的人才培养平台,让高等教育切实服务食品检测行业发展和食品产业升级。

With the deepening of China’s education reform and the diversification of talent training mode in colleges and universities, the cultivation of practical talents conforming to the market demand has become the top priority in applicationoriented universities. Based on the analysis of the current situation of the demand for talents in China’s food testing industry, propose countermeasures such as deepening the cooperation among schools, enterprises and industries, carrying out systematic practice course integrating multiple courses and emerging industry technology hotspots-based theory and practice integrative special courses, and improving the evaluation system, to cover the gap between the existing course teaching and practice activities design of food safety detection specialty and comprehensive quality requirements of job market. These strategies are expected to build a talent training platform with close link between "study" and "using", so that higher education can effectively serve the development of food testing industry and the upgrading of food industry.
