摘要
调查我国特医食品行业从业人员的行业认知、工作满意度和行业评价情况,提供产业持续、健康发展的理论依据和相关政策建议。采用自行设计调查问卷,收集特医食品行业951名从业人员相关数据,分析、探究存在问题。结果显示:我国特医食品行业从业人员整体专业素质较高,总体工作满意度均值为6.44±0.06,推荐可能性均值为7.17±0.07,工作满意度对推荐亲朋好友工作、创业或投资起着极高程度的积极影响(r=0.940 4, p=0.000 0),对产业发展前景持积极看好态度达58.15%。我国特医食品行业从业人员的行业认知水平、工作满意度和对行业可持续性发展的整体评价不高,从业人员工作满意度及推荐进入行业可能性在不同性别、技术职称、薪酬水平、行业工作年限上存在差异。建议优化从业人员年龄、专业、学历结构,丰富行业经历,加强协同创新,健全用人机制和绩效考核制度,构建合理的培训计划与晋升渠道,全方位提升工作满意度和产业发展前景信心,促进我国特医食品产业高质量发展。
It is to investigate the industry cognition, job satisfaction and industry evaluation of practitioners in Food for Special Medical Purpose(FSMP) in China, so as to provide the theoretical basis and relevant policy suggestions for the sustainable and healthy development of FSMP. A total of 951 practitioners in Food for Special Medical Purpose in China were selected to do a questionnaire with Self-designed questionnaire, to explore of existing problems. The results show that the overall professional quality of practitioners in Food for Special Medical Purpose in China is relatively high. The average of overall job satisfaction is 6.44±0.06, and the average of recommendation possibility is 7.17±0.07. Job satisfaction has a high positive impact(r=0.940 4, p=0.000 0) on recommending jobs, startups or investments to friends and family. 58.15% of them have a positive attitude towards the Industrial development prospects of Food for Special Medical Purpose. The overall evaluation of industry recognition, career satisfaction and sustainability of Practitionersin Food for Special Medical Purpose(FSMP) in China is not high. The job satisfaction and the possibility of recommendation to enter the industryof Practitioners are different in different gender, technical title, salary level and working years in the industry. Suggest to optimize the structure of age, specialty and education background of practitioners, to enrich industry experience and to strengthen collaborative innovation, to improve the employment mechanism and performance appraisal system, to establish a reasonable training plan and promotion channel, and to improve the job satisfaction and the confidence of the industry development prospects in an all-round way, and to promote the high-quality development of FSMP industry in China.
