液相微萃取法快速检测果蔬中噻菌灵残留量 被引量:1

Rapid Determination of Thiabendazole Residues in Fruits and Vegetables by Liquid Phase Microextraction

摘要 噻菌灵(TBZ)是一种高效、广谱广泛用于水果、蔬菜防治真菌性病害、延长保质期的试剂。试验探究液相微萃取法提取样品中的TBZ,采用紫外-可见分光光度计测定其含量的方法。结果表明, TBZ在pH 5.5、猪白细胞介素(IL)添加量20 mg、稀释剂乙腈添加量400μL和萃取温度40℃条件下具有较高得率,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)有助于提高TBZ得率;紫外-可见分光光度计在340 nm处检测具有最高灵敏度。 Thiabendazole(TBZ) was a highly effective broad-spectrum reagent, widely used to control the fungal diseases and extend the shelf life of fruits and vegetables. The TBZ was extracted by liquid phase microextraction techniques, and its content was determined by an ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometer. The results showed that TBZ got a higher yield when pH 5.5, added with 20 mg of porcine interleukin(IL), and 400 L of acetonitrile-diluter at the extraction temperature of 40 ℃. The polyvinyl pyrrolidone(PVP) was beneficial to increase the yield of TBZ. It showed strong absorption at 340 nm when the TBZ was detected by ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometer.
