密生波罗花中营养成分及抗氧化活性 被引量:2

Nutrient Content and Antioxidant Activity in Incarvillea compacta

摘要 以密生波罗花为研究对象,试验旨在测定其基础营养成分,对氨基酸及抗氧化能力进行分析。结果表明:密生波罗花中总糖为1.77%,粗脂肪为5.30%,粗蛋白为14.36%,粗纤维为66.01%,灰分为2.30%,水分为4.88%,黄酮为6.78%。此次试验共检测出17种氨基酸成分,其中必需氨基酸占总氨基酸的39%,药效氨基酸占总氨基酸的72%,鲜味氨基酸占总氨基酸的32%。通过测定密生波罗花中乙醇提取物和水提取物对DPPH自由基的清除能力、Fe^(3+)还原能力以及PC12细胞体内氧自由基修复能力,结果表明密生波罗花中乙醇提物和水提取物均具有较好的抗氧化活性,其中体外乙醇提取物的抗氧化活性高于水提取物的抗氧化活性,而在体内水提取物对自由基损伤修复能力高于乙醇提取物对自由基损伤修复能力。密生波罗花中营养物质丰富,氨基酸种类繁多且有较好的抗氧化活性,可作为天然的抗氧化剂用于保健品的开发。 The aim of this study was to investigate the nutrient content and antioxidant activities of Incarvillea compacte. The results showed that it contains 1.17% total sugar, 5.3% crude fat, 14.36% crude protein, 66.01% crude fibre, 2.3% ash content, 4.88% moisture and 6.78% flavonoid. Moreover, a total of 17 amino acids were detected, of which it had 39% essential amino acids, 72% of medicinal amino acid and 32% of flavor amino acid. The antioxidant activity was evaluated by measuring the scavenging ability of 2, 2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl(DPPH) free radicals, Fe^(3+) reducing ability, as well as cytoprotective activities oxygen radical of ethanolic extracts and water extracts of I. compacte. The results showed that ethanolic extract revealed high free radical scavenging activities compared with water extract. However, water extract revealed high cytoprotective acidity in 1-methyl-4-phenylpyridinium ion(MPP^(+)) induced PC 12 cells injury. In conclusion, I. compacte was rich in nutrient and had excellent antioxidant activities, which might be a potential to be developed as functional foods.
