某项目区河道治理工程建设浅议

Discussion on the Construction of River Control Engineering in a Project Area

水利工程是国家重要的基础建设项目,随着国家对河道治理的整治力度不断增加,在河道治理方面已经取得了经济及环境方面的共赢局面。河道治理能够实现对洪涝灾害的有效防治,对水资源进行合理利用,对周边生态环境进行保护,推动河道的生态化发展。如何实现水利工程河道治理效果的提升,达成对环境的有效保护,是当前水利相关部门需要研究的重点内容。文章基于某项目的概况,提出了某水利工程项目加强河道治理的原则和建设内容。

Water conservancy engineering is an important national infrastructure project. With the increasing efforts of the nation in river regulation,a win-win situation in economic and environmental aspects has been achieved in river regulation. River regulation can effectively prevent and control floods disasters,make rational use of water resources,protect the surrounding ecological environment and promote the ecological development of river courses. At present,the key content that the relevant water conservancy departments need to study is how to improve the governance effect of water conservancy projects and achieve effective protection of the environment. Based on the general situation of a certain water conservancy project,the principles and measures to strengthen the river regulation of the water conservancy project is put forward in this paper.
