摘要
桐柏县地处淮河和长江两大流域,水库注册登记108座,其中小型水库104座,数量居南阳市第一,水库运行管理工作极其重要。通过探索桐柏县水库运行管理的方法、讨论提升小型水库管理水平,发挥小型水库的功能和效益,保障水库安全运行和人民群众生命财产安全的具体做法。
Tongbai County is located in the two major watersheds of the Huaihe River and the Yangtze River. There are 108 registered reservoirs in Tongbai County,among which 104 are small reservoirs,making Tongbai the city with the largest number of reservoirs in Nanyang.The operation and management of reservoirs is extremely important. Through the exploration of the methods of reservoir operation and management in Tongbai County,how to improve the management level of small reservoirs,how to give full play to the functions,as well as the benefits of small reservoirs and the specific measures to ensure the safe operation of reservoirs and the safety of people’s lives and property are disscussed in this paper.
