摘要
精密度偏性试验(AQC试验)是实验室内部分析质量控制考核的重要手段之一,进行此项工作对确保实验室分析出具的检测数据准确可靠,满足精度要求,以及保障质量控制及质量体系有效运行是极其重要的。通过采用行业标准《水质硒的测定原子荧光光度法(SL327.3-2005)》对硒元素进行了精密度偏性试验,所有的试验分析过程都在质量控制范畴内进行,据所绘质量控制图,测定过程受控。经对回收率与影响测试分析的各个变异因素的分析,测试结果的精密度和准确度合理,氢化物-原子荧光光度法适用于测定水中硒,满足实验室内部分析质量控制的条件,可以在实践工作中施行。
Accuracy bias test( AQC Test) is one of the important means of quality control examination of laboratory internal analysis. It is extremely important to ensure that the test data issued by laboratory analysis is accurate and reliable,and whether they can meet the precision requirements. It also ensures the effective quality control and quality systems. The precision deviation test of selenium was carried out by using the industry standard Water Quality-determination of selenium-atomic fluorescence spectrometric method( SL327. 3-2005). All the test and analysis processes were carried out within the scope of quality control. According to the quality control chart drawn,the determination process was under control. The precision and accuracy of the test results are reasonable. The Hydride-atomic fluorescence spectrophotometric method is suitable for the determination of selenium in water,which can meet the conditions of quality control in laboratory and can be applied in practice.
