摘要
根据河道采砂管理相关政策,以及当前的河道采砂管理形势和需求,通过具体的项目建设案例,找出河南省范围内,含有砂石资源的河道(含水库)作为项目建设范围。从河道采砂管理可视化应用如何实现的层面上,设计、操作、完善、制定具体的可行性方案,供大家在河道采砂管理过程中作为经验参考。主要从收集整理河南省砂石资源数据入手,按照国家及行业标准,建立河道采砂管理信息数据库。探索利用计算机技术、通信技术,多媒体技术等,初步实现全省河道采砂管理可视化。用科学的方法和地理信息手段,组织、存储、管理和展示采砂规划的基本数据和规划结果,推动河南省河道采砂规范化、信息化的统一管理。
According to the relevant policies,as well as the current situation and demand of river sand mining management,the river courses( including reservoirs) containing sand and stone resources with in Henan Province are identified as the project constructing scope,through specific project construction cases. From the perspective of how to realize the visualized application of river sand mining management,the design,operation,improvement and formulation of specific feasibility scheme can be used as an experience reference in the process of river sand mining management. According to the national and industrial standards,the database of river coursed sand mining management information is established by collecting and sorting out the data of sand and gravel resources in Henan Province. By exploring and utilizing computer technology,communication technology,multimedia technology,etc.,the visualization of sand mining management in river channel of the whole province will be preliminarily realized. The basic data and results of sand mining planning are organized,stored,managed and displayed by scientific methods and geographic information means,so as to promote the standardized and informationized unified management of river sand mining in Henan Province.
