柳壕河“一河一策”治理成效分析

Analysis on the Effect of One River,One Policy On Liuhao River

根据《中共辽阳市委办公室辽阳市人民政府办公室关于印发〈辽阳市实施河长制工作方案〉的通知》(辽市委办[2017]20号)文件要求,2018—2020年按照《柳壕河"一河一策"治理及管理保护方案》对柳壕河开展了治理及管理保护,实施周期结束,对工作实施进行评估,分析治理成效,得出水环境、水生态存在的问题,并提出合理建议。

According to the requirements of the"Notice of the Office of the Liaoyang Municipal People’s Government of the CPC Liaoyang Municipal Committee on Printing and Distributing the Work Plan for the Implementation of the River Chief System in Liaoyang"( Liaoyang Municipal Committee Office [2017] No. 20),Liuhao river has been managed and protected from 2018 to 2020 in accordance with the"One River One Policy"management and protection plan for Liuhao river. After implementation period,the work implementation is evaluated,the governance effect is analyzed,the problems existing in the water environment and water ecology are drawn,and reasonable suggestions are made.
