Water resource is the basic and strategic resource of a country,which is related to the economic development,social stability and the quality of life of residents. The construction of high standard farmland is an effective way to develop modern agriculture and improve the agricultural industrial system. The implementation of high standard farmland construction project will provide an important carrier for the realization of large-scale,standardized,mechanized and intensive development of grain production,effectively stabilize grain supply and promote the modernization of grain production. On this basis,we should promote the strategic adjustment of agricultural structure,cultivate agricultural industrialization clusters,build agricultural product market system,accelerate the construction of high-yield,high-quality,efficient,ecological and safe modern agricultural industrial system,realize the integration of production,processing and circulation,and improve the level of modern agriculture in the project area. This paper analyzes the water resources balance of high standard farmland construction project area in Huangzhong Township in detail.
