摘要
针对传统取样器和自动取样器的不足,特别是水样代表性和简便性较差的问题,设计了一套无动力自动水质取样器(2020年12月获发明专利,专利号:ZL202010281257.4)。介绍了无动力自动水质取样器的结构、工作原理和工作过程,分析了技术特点。无动力自动水质取样器主要由壳体、引水单元、控制单元、联结单元、储水囊等组成,取样代表性好,操作简便,可靠性好,符合《自动采样器技术要求及检测方法》的要求。
Aiming at the shortcomings of traditional sampler and automatic sampler,especially the poor representativeness and simplicity of water samples,a set of unpowered water quality automatic sampler is designed,which obtain the invention patent in December,2020 with the patent number ZL202010281257.4. The structure,working principle and working process of the unpowered automatic water quality sampler are introduced,and its technical characteristics are analyzed in this paper. The unpowered automatic water quality sampler is mainly composed of shell,water diversion unit,control unit,coupling unit and water storage bag.It has the advantages of good sample representation,easy operation and good reliability. It meets the requirements of The technical requirement and test procedures for Water Quality Automatic Sampler.
